Crestwood Industrial Park, a 1,050 acre park in Mountaintop, situated nine miles south of Wilkes-Barre.

Hanover Industrial Estates, a mixed-use 962-acre park i Hanover Township, situated less than a mile from 1-81.

Hanover Crossings, a mixed-use 21 I acre park in Hanover Township, across from Hanover Industrial Estates.

Corporate Center at East Mountain, a 200-acre Ultra-Service Business Park in Plains Township that features the advanced dual power service needed by R&D and telecommunication/office users.

Highland Park, a 350 acre Business Park located adjacent to 1-81 in Wilkes-Barre Township, offers mixed use, commercial and recreational properties.

Downtown Wilkes-Barre has over 200,000 square feet of renovated office space available.
